Return Policy

●Return and Refund Policy:

(1) Within 14 days after receiving the product, the product is found to have a functional failure that is not due to human damage,

(2) Within 14 days after receiving the product, providing FLSUN with proof of serious damage to the product during transportation.

(3) Within 14 days after receiving the product, the product has not been unopened and is still in new condition,which does not affect secondary sales.

 

●Attention:

  1. We will inspect the product after receiving the return, if it is confirmed that it is not a product quality problem or a shipping damage problem, FLSUN will charge shipping fee for each returned product, and the shipping fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
  2. If parts are found to be missing after FLSUN receives the returned product, FLSUN will deduct the cost related to the parts from the total refund amount.
  3. If you request to return a product that is not defective for personal reasons (e.g. don't like it don't want it) within 14 days of receiving the product, the shipping cost incurred for the return will be deducted from the total refund amount.
  4. This exchange policy only applies to users who purchased the product on the FLSUN official website.
  5. If the Products were purchased on a third party website or through another purchasing channel such as a retail purchaser ("Reseller"), their respective return policies should be followed.

 

●Returns will not be provided in the following cases:

  1. The return request is made exceeding l4 days after the receipt of the product.
  2. The product for which the return and refund service is conducted does not have

all the accessories, including original parts, accessories and original packaging, or any item is not in brand new condition,i.e.,cracks,dents or scratches.

  1. Failure to provide valid proof of purchase such as legitimate proof of purchase,

receipts or invoices.

  1. Any product failure or damage caused by unauthorized use or modification of the

product by Flsun, including moisture, entry of foreign objects (water, oil, sand, etc.) or improper installation or operation.

  1. Product labels, serial numbers, waterproof marks, etc. have been tampered with.
  2. Damage to the product caused by uncontrollable external factors such as fire,

flood, typhoons.lightning strike,etc.

  1. The product is not returned to FLSUN within 14 business days after FLSUN

receives the refund request and agrees to it.

 

Refund requests for the 14 Day Money Back Guarantee will expire 14 days after the warranty claim is made. We are unable to process refund requests for non-quality issues for items that have expired 14 days. For products that were not purchased directly through an official Flsun store, please contact the retailer for a refund.

 

●How to return a product?

  1. Please contact Flsun service to initiate a return. In order to process the refund in

time, please state the reason for return and provide the order number.

  1. Flsun after-sales service will provide you with the return program and return

address within 24 hours.

 

●How long does it take to get a refund?

Once the shipment arrives at our warehouse and has been inspected for correctness, we will initiate a refund. Refunds will be issued in the same manner as when you originally placed your order. Processing time usually takes 3-5 business days.

 

Exchange Policy

●Exchange service requirements

  1. Within 30 days after receiving the product, if the product suffers major damage during transportation, a damage certificate issued by the carrier must be provided to FLSUN.
  2. If you receive the wrong product, please apply within 30 days after receiving the product.
  3. If the product does not match the original description of the product in one or more significant aspects, apply within 30 days after receiving the product.
  4. lf there is a serious fault with the product, please apply within 30 days after receiving the product.

 

●Attention:

  1. To ensure that the product you request for replacement service is delivered in good condition,all replacement products must be in the original packaging. Improper packaging may void the warranty and result in charges.
  2. If FLSUN finds that parts are missing after receiving the product, you need to pay the relevant costs for the parts, and FLSUN will provide you with a replacement.
  3. If you require a non-defective product to be replaced for personal reasons (such as not liking it,not wanting it) within 30 days after receiving the product, the shipping costs for the exchange will be borne by the buyer.
  4. This exchange policy only applies to users who purchased the product on the FLSUN website.
  5. If a product is purchased on a third party website or through other purchase channels (e.g., retail purchasers ("resellers")),their respective exchange policies should be followed.

 

●Exchange service will not be provided under the following circumstances:

  1. Apply for replacement exceeding 30 days after receiving the product.
  2. No legal purchase voucher, receipt or invoice is provided, or there is reason to believe that it has been forged or tampered with.
  3. Products sent to FLSUN for replacement do not contain all original parts, accessories and packaging,or contain items damaged due to user error.
  4. FLSUN has conducted all appropriate testing and found the product to be free of defects. If you request that a non-defective product be shipped back to you, shipping costs will be borne by you.
  5. Any product failure or damage caused by unauthorized use or modification of the product,including exposure to moisture, entry of foreign matter (water, oil, sand, etc.), or incorrect installation or operation.
  6. There are traces of tampering with product labels, serial numbers, water stains, etc.
  7. Damage is caused by uncontrollable external factors, including fire, flood, typhoons or lightning strike.
  8. The received products will not be returned to FLSUN within l4 days after FlSUN confirms the exchange.
  9. It is impossible to provide a certificate of damage during transportation issued by the carrier, but the goods were not rejected upon receipt, or the logistics company did not issue a certificate confirming the damage. All shipping damage must be reported within 7 calendar days of package delivery.
